Heavy Rustic Distressing

An Old World look with numerous dents, heavy worm holing & grain cracking is hand applied using a length of chain & other tools on all wood components.

Worm Holing

This technique is to duplicate termite exposure. Multiple holes of 10 to 30 holes are applied on several locations on all components.

Grain Cracking

Grain Cracking

This technique is to simulate wood that has rough treatment and wear from years of use. We cut grooves or lines into the grain towards the edges of the wood.
